💡 What we're learning

• Short how-to videos beat the promo on YouTube: the best one, Overtime pizza skit (rough), has 997 views vs 4 for the 19s promo. Topic and the Shorts feed likely matter more than the promo.
• The PIP Short has leveled off at 41 views: no new views since the previous check (first check 2026-11-01 16:25 ET). Early Shorts reach often stalls after the first few hours, so a fresh post is what brings new views.
• X post: 9 views and 0 followers. A brand-new X account with no followers gets very little reach, so X numbers mostly reflect account age, not the content.

✅ What we'll do in the next posts

• Biggest lesson so far: the PIP Reel on Facebook reached 329 views (286 people reached), far more than any other platform. Facebook Reels are our strongest channel so far, so every video goes up as a Facebook Reel first.
• Do more: short, practical 'what to do' videos (about 15 seconds) on one specific worry, like the PIP Short. It is our best performer so far.
• Do more: post every new video as a YouTube Short too, since that is where the views are coming from right now.
• Do more: end every post with a clear question (e.g. 'Ever been handed a PIP?') to invite comments. Our first two comments came in on the PIP post (Facebook and LinkedIn).
• Do less: leaning on the promo video. Lead with tips, and save the promo for pinned or profile spots.
• Keep testing: post on different days and times (Mon/Wed/Fri schedule) and keep 3-5 hashtags, so in 2-3 weeks we can actually compare.

Small sample: 24 posts have view numbers (auto + hand checks), posted over 2 day(s) (2026-11-01 to 2026-11-02). Treat these as early hints, not proof.
